Are airfare or other travel expenses included?
Cordance is excited to host you for an unforgettable experience at the Farmers Insurance Open. We are pleased to provide two nights of hotel accommodations at the Empress Hotel in La Jolla, CA, along with access to our private hospitality suite on the 18th green for a full day of PGA golf. During the tournament day, guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch, afternoon snacks, and a full hosted bar in our suite. Guests are responsible for airfare, transportation, and any personal expenses during their stay. Once you’re with us at the course, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying a fantastic day of golf.

Who will be there?
You can expect a great mix of leaders and innovators throughout the Cordance community. Attendees will include Cordance C-level executives, members of our M&A team, and founders of businesses we’ve previously acquired. We’ll also be joined by a select group of software founders and operators from outside the Cordance portfolio, along with their plus-ones. It’s a relaxed, relationship-focused environment — a chance to connect with thoughtful peers, share ideas, and enjoy a memorable day at the tournament.

Do I need to book a hotel room or will Cordance book one on my behalf?
No need to book one, we’ve got it covered. Cordance has secured a block of rooms at the Empress Hotel, and your stay is included as part of the event. A member of our team will reach out directly to make sure your room is reserved on your behalf. All you’ll need to do is confirm your details — we’ll handle the rest.

How do I get my ticket to the event?
Cordance will receive our ticket allotment in early January. Once they’re released to us, a member of the team will reach out directly and digitally deliver your ticket. You can expect to receive your ticket in the weeks leading up to the event, along with any additional details you may need for tournament day.

Will there be food served at the hospitality suite?
Yes! Our hospitality suite will be fully catered throughout the day. Guests can enjoy a complimentary lunch, an afternoon snack, and a selection of coffee, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and a full open bar. We’ll make sure you’re well taken care of so you can relax and enjoy the tournament.

What time does the event start, how do I get there and other logistical questions?
Tournament gates open at 8:30 AM PT, and our private hospitality suite will welcome guests beginning at 9:30 AM PT.
