Cordance Announces Caroline Morris as Chief Operating Officer

Caroline brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in B2B SaaS companies. As COO, her primary responsibility will be the management of the end-to-end customer journey spanning from post-sale to renewal. Specifically, she will partner with business unit Presidents to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Beyond customer experience, Caroline assumes leadership of the company’s pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring that every pricing decision takes into account the unique needs of our valued customers. And through a team of dedicated General Managers reporting to her, she will orchestrate the seamless execution and operational readiness of a growing portfolio of business units so they can do what they do best – delight customers.
Caroline joins Cordance from Lone Wolf, where she served as their COO through a pivotal period in the real estate industry. There, she reimagined the customer experience, ensuring high quality, consistent execution of the “no fail” areas and development of long-term engagement strategies to ensure customers achieved maximum value. Her prior experience also includes leadership roles at EdTech companies PowerSchool Group and PeopleAdmin, serving both K12 and higher education.
