Caroline leads Cordance’s end-to-end customer journey spanning from post-sale to renewal. She partners with Business Unit Presidents to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, as well as orchestrate the seamless execution and operational readiness of our businesses. Beyond customer experience, Caroline assumes leadership of the Cordance pricing and packaging strategies ensuring that every pricing decision takes into account the unique needs of our valued customers. Caroline joins Cordance from Lone Wolf, a real estate SaaS company where she served as COO. Her prior experience also includes leadership roles at EdTech companies PowerSchool Group and PeopleAdmin, serving both K12 and higher education. Caroline is an Army veteran and military spouse with a BA in History from Tufts University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
