Caroline Morris

Caroline leads Cordance’s strategy and execution with a focus on the infrastructure and resources to help our businesses succeed. Caroline joins Cordance from Lone Wolf, a real estate SaaS company where she served as COO. Her prior experience also includes leadership roles at EdTech companies PowerSchool Group and PeopleAdmin, serving both K12 and higher education. Caroline is an Army veteran and military spouse with a BA in History from Tufts University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
